HAVOC - PC, optimized, quest

After over a year of work HAVOC is finally available!

Havoc is a military inspired avatar that is fully color customisable (HSV) and comes with 60+ toggles and 15+ sliders allowing you to create any design you want.
It also comes with a PC, Optimised (green) and Quest compatible version that retains a lot of the PC features.
